At Lexen Peptide, we take product integrity and order accuracy seriously. Because our products are intended strictly for laboratory research use and involve sensitive materials, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges on any product once it has been shipped.
This policy is in place due to the nature of our products, which must be kept under controlled storage conditions and cannot be restocked or resold once out of our possession.

2. Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right to dispute and legally contest any fraudulent chargeback attempts.

3. Order Issues & Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong item, damaged product, or your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve valid issues at our sole discretion, which may include reshipment or partial credit.

We may require return of the product (unopened) in some cases before taking further action.

4. Cancellations
